“The Dreams Come True Scholarship was established by the College of Social Sciences and Professional Studies in 2016. This scholarship is to be awarded to continuing students with a declared major in the College of Social Sciences and Professional Studies. Applicants should be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to Hispanic or Latino/a students, as well as students who demonstrate financial need but are not eligible for federal financial aid.'“
